1. Help clients to better identify the ego’s role in pleasing others.
2. Help your clients to understand the intersection between helping and enabling.
3. Help your clients to become more aware of how pleasing and helping impacts them interpersonally.
4. Help your clients to become more aware of the culture and psychology of identification as a Helper.
