Affirmations and Journaling can be great tools in everyday life! They can help us with "big" or "small" goals! This Journaling Series, will be a safe space to share your journaling journey and receive support from others on a similar or different journey. 4 meetings, optional to attend all.

The objective of this class is to:
- Learn how to set intentions and work with affirmations.
- Help you become more aware of your unserving scripts through the journaling process.
- Help you to create joy and peace within yourself, and your everyday life.
- Help you meet your short-term and long-term goals.
*Tickets are non-refundable. This Journal Support Series is free, however, you must register and purchase the 'Everyday Affirmations Journal' to be registered. Please purchase it through this registration form and not through the Online Store. Please include your shipping address.
